  I received my bearings today and installed them in my Tiburon SST 30 reel. In the event you are not familiar with this brand of reel, they are a two speed automatic sifting reel that is popular on the west coats for tuna and elswhere for deep jigging.

  Prior to receiving the orange seal high performance ceramic bearings I ordered, I checked the stock freespool of the reel, noting it to spin for 30 seconds. I then removed, degreased and re-lubed the stock bearings in this reel with Xtreme Reel Plus lubricant. It spun for 1:05. I lubed the orange seal ceramic bearings with the same lubricant, re-assembled the reel and tested it. It spun for 3:40. Quite a remarkable improvement that I am sure will help me better cast my live bait with heavy 100# test line.

  With stock bearings the reel had very little freespool. Replaced the stock spool bearings with Abec 7 ceramic orange seal bearings and immediately got tremendous freespool almost 3 minutes worth with a light spin of the spool with my thumb. Fantastic!! these bearings are worth every bit what I paid! I highly recommend replacing your stock bearings with Boca Bearings!
